After-sales service is only available on weekdays, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 9:30am to 6pm. Due to the large number of requests, response times are extended. Until you hear from us, please refer to the FAQ for the site concerned.

In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, our tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except in cases of force majeure (covid, cancellation/problem due to the organiser, strikes, natural disasters, major political events).
